prefer not to do guaranteed sales on properties
where it is difficult to determine market value,
properties that are unconventional in style or
construction, and properties that do not have
public utilities. Condition, location and saleability
all have a bearing on the ability to do a guaranteed

views and prepares the market analysis and
guaranteed sale figures. “Market Value” is the
figure we are sure the home will sell for in sixty
days. Our guarantee is for 95% of “Market
Value” less normal selling expenses including
